Senior Sales Associate -Retail

Opening for a Senior Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail stores and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, sales, and customer service. They should be proactive in helping customers to find the right layers for their travel.

Roles and Responsibilities: ● Building long term relationships with new and existing customers to facilitate sales. ● Delivering exemplary customer service through great soft skills with exceptional product knowledge and service know-how. ● Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals. ● Ensure sales KPIs are tracked, measured and reported to the management. ● Schedule weekly shifts of the store and help in effective business continuity management. ● Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory handling, and managing in-store marketing. ● Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations of the store. ● Motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to improve their performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
