Senior Sales Associate - Vehicle Refinishes

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for vehicle refinish products through consistent market engagement.
• Actively promote vehicle refinish products by demonstrating technical benefits to workshops, dealerships and auto body shops.
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors and end-users in the automotive segment.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity, providing timely insights to the sales lead.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

• At least 1 year in paint sales, preferably in automotive or vehicle refinishes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Monthly Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (Target-driven)
