Responsibilities:

• Real Estate Knowledge Gathering:
• Actively gathers knowledge on real estate details and information gathering on regular basis
• Well versed with Real Estate Knowledge and information
• Dealer Key Networking in Real Estate:
• Has a very strong dealer networking within the real estate industry
• Connects and has good reputation building with the dealers in the real estate industry of Pakistan
• New Projects Orientation in Real Estate Industry:
• Has thorough knowledge of the upcoming projects in the real estate industry
• Gathers information and details about the upcoming projects in the different real estate schemes
• Market Research & Trend Analysis in the Real Estate Industry:
• Stay updated on local market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity in the real estate industry
• Conduct property appraisals to help clients understand the fair market value of a property
• Compliance & Legal Knowledge of the real estate industry:
• Ensure all transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
• Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, zoning laws, and regulations that may affect property transactions
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Candidates must have 4-5 years of experience and a valid real estate license as required by local regulations
• Frequent traveling will be required in this role
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property values
• Proficiency in using real estate platforms, CRM software, and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations
