Senior sales consultant - Dubai


The Senior sales consultant is responsible for generating revenue from new customers in the assigned territory, by executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.


Main responsibilities:


Build the pipeline and qualify the prospects

  • Networking: promote the brand, create awareness about HPS capabilities
  • Representing the values of HPS in a professional manner
  • Engage with prospects
  • Build relationship and credibility with prospects
  • Build a deep understanding of the assigned
  • Mobilize its network to access relevant interlocutors within the target companies


Generate revenue from new customers:

  • Build and communicate compelling value propositions through presentations and proposals
  • Working with the teams involving project, legal, …
  • Own and orchestrate negotiations with the prospects until closure
  • Ensure an effective transition to the account management and project team


Build and execute territory specific sales strategies and tactics

  • Work closely with the marketing teams to tune the territory approach
  • Develop a strategic territory plan to achieve the sales targets


Report accurate sales tracking to sales director
