Senior Sales Engineer

India

Responsibility

  • Execute both long-term and short-term sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Grow regional sales and expand Omicron's market share.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify opportunities to achieve sales
  • targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users, especially
  • within the Data Centres, HVAC and BMS segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, including resolving client concerns and offering
  • actionable improvements.
  • Effectively communicate the technical and commercial advantages of Omicron's solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close sales orders within the stipulated
  • timeframes.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities, including pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare customer visit plan and provide timely reports on meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.

Qualification

  • Diploma/ B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics.
  • Prior experience working with or selling into HVAC and BMS markets is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
