Responsibility
- Execute both long-term and short-term sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Grow regional sales and expand Omicron's market share.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify opportunities to achieve sales
- targets.
- Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users, especially
- within the Data Centres, HVAC and BMS segments.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, including resolving client concerns and offering
- actionable improvements.
- Effectively communicate the technical and commercial advantages of Omicron's solutions.
- Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close sales orders within the stipulated
- timeframes.
- Monitor and report competitor activities, including pricing and marketing strategies.
- Prepare customer visit plan and provide timely reports on meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.
Qualification
- Diploma/ B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics.
- Prior experience working with or selling into HVAC and BMS markets is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
