Job Summary
The
Senior
Sales Engineer – Soil Industry
is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical sales support related to soil and construction materials. This role bridges engineering knowledge with commercial insight to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the soil and construction materials market.

Conduct technical presentations and meetings to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals in coordination with internal departments.

Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure post-sale support.

Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to align customer needs with project capabilities.

Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing trends, and industry developments to support market positioning.

Participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract discussions.

Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.

Regularly visit project sites and client offices to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.

Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering
(mandatory).

4+ years of experience
in
technical sales, business development, or engineering roles
within the soil or construction materials industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Client-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Solid understanding of soil mechanics, geotechnical products, and construction methodologies.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.

Knowledge of
AutoCAD
is an advantage.

Excellent command of
English and Arabic
(spoken and written).
