We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Arabic-speaking Female Sales Executive to join our team at the Equstrian Club (Al Rayyan location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the premium catering and banquet segment (weddings, social events, and high-profile functions).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and menu tastings with potential clients.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to create tailored catering solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Arabic Female candidate (mandatory).
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in premium catering/banquet/wedding sales in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of local market and high-end clientele preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Presentable, customer-focused, and result-oriented.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
