Senior Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume targets.
  • Drive sales through both direct clients and regional partners.
  • Ensure consistent gross profit margins above target levels.
  • Track key sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Understand the market, customer and the competition. Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies

2. Market Intelligence & Business Development

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences across the UAE.
  • Provide insights on potential products, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and partnerships.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with distributors, agents, and clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in line with company policies.
  • Assist with compliance and audit-related processes when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8 – 10 years sales experience with recognized brands in MEP systems, sanitary, fittings with a strong background in supplying these products to large-scale projects and key wholesalers across the UAE market
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Ability to generate leads, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction projects, distributors, and contractors in the region is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
