Senior Sales Executive

Overview
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to lead corporate client acquisition, retention, and brand presence. The role focuses on building partnerships, generating leads, managing accounts, and aligning sales with marketing for measurable growth and attractive incentive on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close corporate opportunities (schools, organizations, institutions).
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Deliver presentations, negotiate, and finalize contracts with key decision-makers.
  • Design and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Create and manage promotional/corporate sales materials.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven B2B sales & marketing experience (events, hospitality, or service sector preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Salary + Incentive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,300.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
