Senior Sales Executive

India

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive to drive business development efforts focused on securing government and institutional pest control contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of public sector tendering processes, bid preparation, and client relationship management within the government sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure pest control contracts with government departments, agencies, municipalities, and public sector institutions.
  • Monitor and respond to public tenders, RFQs, and RFPs through government portals and procurement channels.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key government decision-makers and procurement officers.
  • Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals in compliance with government requirements.
  • Represent the company at site visits, tender meetings, and pre-bid conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams to prepare project plans, service scopes, and pricing.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the company’s footprint in the government sector.

Maintain accurate records of all bidding, proposals, and contract statuses.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Graduation required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in field sales. Experience with government clients is a plus.

Skills:

  • Sharp-minded and proactive.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
