We are looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact role for someone with proven sales expertise, client relationship management skills, and the ability to close deals in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Bid and manage projects on platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and Bark.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
• Track performance, prepare sales reports, and present to management.
• Mentor junior sales team members to enhance performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager.
• Hands-on experience with bidding on international freelancing platforms.
• Excellent English speaking and written communication skills to close leads.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with common web development platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Core PHP, MERN Stack).
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and OpenAI.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide a team.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (On-site, Karachi office).
