Senior Sales Executive

Emirtech Technology, established in 2012, is a leading provider of Networking & Security Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Software Solutions, Home Automation, and Smart Technology across the UAE. With a strong reputation for innovation and quality service, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, Security Solutions, and Software markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.
  • Mentor and support junior sales executives to improve team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in IT & Security Solutions, Software, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Cloud Solutions, and Business Software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE market experience is mandatory; valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
