Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role located in Dubai for the Beauty industry. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales, building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients, and achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with Marketing and Operations to execute sales initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and increase revenue
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as a team player, and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

• outdoor sales in cosmetics: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• driving license (Preferred)
