Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated Senor Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in sales and business development, with a strong focus on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

As part of the sales team, you will be provided with pre-qualified leads and will be responsible for converting them into long-term clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, ensuring clients receive ongoing support, product insights, and personalized solutions to maximize their engagement and investment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively engage with pre-qualified leads, provided by the company.
  • Deliver effective sales pitches, product knowledge, and efficient proposals.
  • Overcome objections, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to maintain engagement.
  • Provide clients with ongoing product support, insights, and updates.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior sales and managers to develop expansion strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5 year minimum) as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the Forex or Financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of multiple CRM software tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
