Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Rank Arrow is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals for our digital marketing services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Present agency services confidently and handle objections professionally

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, agency sales, SaaS, eCommerce, or tech sales
  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience with outbound sales and lead generation
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong grip on CRM and sales management tools
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Salesforce
  • GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • ServiceNow
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines, automate workflows, and maintain reporting systems

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
