Rank Arrow is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals for our digital marketing services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Present agency services confidently and handle objections professionally
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, agency sales, SaaS, eCommerce, or tech sales
- Proven experience in full-cycle sales and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Experience with outbound sales and lead generation
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong grip on CRM and sales management tools
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce
- GoHighLevel (GHL)
- ServiceNow
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, automate workflows, and maintain reporting systems
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
