Business Development Executive - IT Industry

Key Responsibilities:

i: Identify and develop new business opportunities

ii: Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, email, etc.)

iii: Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

iv: Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue

v: Conduct market research and competitor analysis

vi: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns

vii: Track KPIs and report on growth performance

viii: Improve conversion rates across funnels

Required Skills & Qualifications:

i: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

ii: 3-4 years of experience in business development or growth role

iii: Strong communication and negotiation skills

iv: Experience with CRM tools and lead generation strategies

v: Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels

vi: Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Preferred Skills:

i: Experience in healthcare/IT industry (plus point)

ii: Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing

iii: Understanding of SEO, ads, and content strategy

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
