Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Company Description

Sahib’s Banquet Kitchen is a commercial production kitchen in Dubai specializing in premium Indian cuisine and multiple varieties of authentic Biryani. We cater for bulk orders ranging from 100 to 2000 pax, offering white-label production, corporate catering, meal plans, and large-scale event support. We are expanding our institutional sales vertical and are looking for a performance-driven B2B Sales Executive.

Role Objective

To generate consistent institutional revenue by acquiring and managing corporate meal contracts, staff meal contracts, event catering orders, bulk biryani orders, white-label catering partnerships, and hotel/event planner tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach corporate offices, business parks, warehouses, schools, event planners, hotels, and banquet halls.
  • Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline.
  • Schedule tastings and presentations.
  • Pitch corporate meal plans and monthly catering contracts.
  • Close bulk catering and event orders.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure renewals.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and operations teams.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

4–10 years’ experience in catering sales, F&B B2B sales, hotel banquet sales, or corporate meal contracts

  • Strong network within Dubai corporate sector
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

Compensation Structure :

Base Salary + Incentive
