Position: Senior Sales Executive – Corrugated Carton
Location: Abu Dhabi (On-Site, Full-Time)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality corrugated carton boxes and packaging materials, developing long-term client relationships, conducting product presentations, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of corrugated carton boxes and packaging materials to existing and new clients.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within the packaging or corrugated carton industry.
• Strong customer relationship management and account development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of corrugated carton products (F-Flute, B-Flute, 3-ply, 5-ply, die-cut).
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while working under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3+ years of experience in carton/packaging sales or a related industry.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
