Senior Sales Executive - Furniture Showroom

Lahore, Pakistan

Location: 238 S, Quaid e Azam Industrial Estate, Township, Kot Lakh Pat, Lahore

Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 6 days a week

Reports To: Head of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of furniture manufacturing, materials, and showroom sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving showroom sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring that each client receives expert guidance on furniture designs, finishes, ergonomics, and production timelines.

This role bridges customer-facing showroom sales and factory-side coordination, ensuring customized furniture orders are accurately translated into production.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Greet and engage clients, understand their furniture needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Present furniture collections, finishes, and material samples (wood, veneers, laminates, upholstery, hardware, etc.) with a focus on functionality and durability.
  • Explain product construction details — joinery, foam densities, polish types, edge banding, and manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare quotations, product specifications, and layout suggestions in coordination with design and production teams.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through walk-ins, corporate leads, and designer partnerships.

Showroom & Visual Merchandising

  • Maintain high display standards, ensuring all furniture pieces are well-presented, labeled, and aligned with the brand image.
  • Support showroom layout updates to reflect new designs, seasonal themes, and trending collections.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and design team based on customer preferences and sales data.

Coordination with Manufacturing Unit

  • Liaise with production and design teams to confirm technical feasibility of custom orders.
  • Track production progress, finishing, and dispatch timelines to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
  • Inspect finished products before delivery to ensure alignment with specifications and quality standards.

Client Relationship Management

  • Follow up with existing and potential clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain accurate client records, quotations, and order tracking through CRM tools.
  • Address after-sales issues related to product performance, installation, or maintenance.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes — carpentry, upholstery, polishing, CNC cutting, assembly, and finishing.
  • Familiarity with wood types, engineered boards (MDF, HDF, particleboard), surface materials, and hardware brands.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a flair for design aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with AutoCAD or 3D visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong sense of presentation, attention to detail, and customer empathy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in furniture sales or showroom operations (preferably with a manufacturing-based furniture brand).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-end or custom furniture environment.
