We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Murree
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are seeking a result-oriented and well-connected Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate must be a resident of Murree, possess strong relationships within the local dealer network, and have solid knowledge of land transactions and property sales processes.

This role is best suited for experienced real estate professionals who can actively contribute to dealer engagement, client acquisition, and project sales growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, generating sales through local market networks, and supporting inventory movement through effective coordination with property agents and investors in the Murree region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local property dealers and broker networks
  • Generate sales through direct clients, investors, and channel partners
  • Promote project inventory within the Murree real estate market
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding land, plot availability, and project details
  • Coordinate with internal departments for booking, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Assist clients throughout the sales and closing process
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Murree property sector
  • Support management in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably Murree region)
  • Must be a resident of Murree
  • Strong local dealer network connections are essential
  • Sound knowledge of land transactions and property documentation processes

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and client-handling ability
  • Good understanding of local property market dynamics
