Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate

Role Purpose: The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance across residential units (apartments and villas) and clubhouse memberships. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, managing high-value client relationships, supporting junior sales staff, and strengthening the brand as a premium lifestyle destination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for apartments, villas, and clubhouse memberships.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads to confirmed sales.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings with prospective buyers and investors.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contractual terms in coordination with management approval.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and investors.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Support sales campaigns, property launches, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation through digital platforms, brokers, and exhibitions.
  • Develop partnerships with real estate brokers and corporate entities.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards in Bahrain.
  • Maintain proper documentation for reservations, contracts, and handovers.

Team Support & Leadership

  • Mentor and support junior sales executives when required.
  • Share market insights and best practices to improve overall team performance.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with exposure to luxury residential properties.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of Bahrain’s real estate market and customer preferences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
