Senior Sales Executive – SaaS (UAE Automotive Market)

NXP Tech, a Dubai-based IT company, is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join our Lahore office and drive sales of our cloud-based Dealer Management System (DMS) — a complete SaaS platform built for car dealerships across the UAE. Our product powers dealership operations end-to-end: inventory, CRM, VAT-compliant accounting, sales, and reporting.

You will own the full sales cycle into the UAE automotive market — prospecting, demoing, and closing deals with car dealerships across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the wider UAE. This is a high-impact role with a real product, meaningful deal sizes, and a defined growth path that includes potential relocation to our Dubai office for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling and lead generation targeting car dealerships across the UAE
  • Deliver professional online product demonstrations via Zoom and Google Meet
  • Identify customer needs and position our software as the right business solution
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the UAE field sales team where required
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of SaaS or software sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets
  • Excellent spoken and written English — mandatory for UAE client interaction
  • Hands-on experience with online demos and virtual selling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) and structured sales processes
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset

Strongly Preferred

  • Prior experience selling to automotive clients, car dealerships, or auto-tech companies
  • Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market
  • International sales background (UAE, US, UK)
