Senior Sales Executive (Upwork Expert)

About the Role: Hamsol is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive with 3–4 years of proven experience on Upwork. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of client handling, and the ability to craft attractive and winning proposals that convert into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the company’s Upwork profile efficiently.
• Write high-converting and personalized proposals for potential clients.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients via chat and video calls.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with the project and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of Upwork bidding/sales experience (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of freelance platforms and sales strategies.
• Must be confident, target-driven, and growth-oriented.
