Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Closer to join our team in the Construction Estimation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients, managing client communication, and closing deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.
· Conduct sales calls/meetings with potential clients.
· Present our construction estimation services to contractors and builders.
· Negotiate pricing and close deals.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
· 2–3 years of experience in sales closing or B2B sales.
· Experience in construction, estimation, or related services is a plus.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to handle international clients (preferred).
· Self-motivated and target-driven.
