As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading teams to deliver ambitious revenue targets. Responsibilities:

• Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across major regional and international events.
• Lead sales campaigns to meet and exceed strategic and financial targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with clients, agents, and government trade bodies to secure exhibitors.
• Develop and implement key account management strategies to maximise retention and acquisition.
• Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and introduce new sales innovations.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure exhibitions are delivered to the highest standard.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring to sales teams.
• Oversee budget management, forecasting, and sales reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–8 years’ sales experience within the exhibitions industry.
• Proven track record of securing and growing sponsorship and exhibition revenue.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and develop sales strategies.
• Commercially strategic, results-focused, and adaptable.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.
