The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager or a high-performing aspiring Sales Manager who can lead, build and scale a sales team from the ground up. This is a leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership, create structure and drive growth in a competitive, high-ticket industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans for MENA and African markets. - Build, train and lead a motivated sales team to exceed targets. - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach. - Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Drive high conversion rates for high-value (high-ticket) clients. - Represent the company professionally and uphold our premium brand image. - Work closely with senior management to align sales goals with company vision.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate: - Female professional with proven success in sales leadership within the MENA or Africa region. - Strong background in high-ticket or consultative sales (real estate, investments, luxury services, etc.). - Experience in building a sales team from scratch or scaling an existing one. - Entrepreneurial mindset; resourceful, proactive and performance-driven. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
