Senior Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and execute strategic sales initiatives for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and web hosting solutions. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn and cold outreach, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This role requires strong client engagement skills, the ability to present tailored solutions, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for:
  • Google Workspace solutions
  • Microsoft 365 / cloud services
  • Web hosting & domain registration
  • Identify new business opportunities and target market segments
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gmail for outbound prospecting
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold outreach and networking
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Client Engagement & Closing:

  • Conduct cold calls and direct outreach to C-level executives (CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, etc.)
  • Arrange and lead on-site and virtual client meetings
  • Present tailored solutions based on client needs
  • Close high-value deals and drive revenue growth

CRM & Data Management:

  • Manage and track leads using Zoho CRM and Google Sheets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts
  • Generate regular reports for management review

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle client onboarding and ongoing relationship management
  • Manage customer renewals and retention strategies
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Prepare and share SLA agreements and contracts
  • Ensure proper documentation of all sales and client interactions
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date company records

Develop strong knowledge of:

  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Web hosting & domain solutions
  • Provide consultative selling based on client requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience in IT / SaaS / Cloud sales

Strong expertise in:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • CRM tools (Zoho or similar)
  • Email outreach and cold calling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Lead-to-customer conversion rate
  • Customer retention and renewal rate
  • Pipeline growth and deal closure ratio
