About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it focuses on building a sustainable, recurring revenue model and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships and new channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance performance
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure alignment
- Expand into new channels and markets (e.g., retail chains, hypermarkets, B2B opportunities)
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in FMCG, retail, or tech-related products is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
