Senior Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it focuses on building a sustainable, recurring revenue model and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships and new channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure alignment
  • Expand into new channels and markets (e.g., retail chains, hypermarkets, B2B opportunities)

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong background in FMCG, retail, or tech-related products is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
