Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager – Fit-Out to lead and expand our fit-out business based in Al Quoz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, and leading the sales strategy for high-end commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for fit-out projects.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead tendering and proposal activities including pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Coordinate closely with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and successful project handover.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects to strengthen market positioning.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, setting KPIs and performance targets.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and industry networking events.
• Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with finance and project teams.
• Maintain CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of proven sales experience in fit-out or interior contracting, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong network with consultants, developers, and clients within the UAE market.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value fit-out projects.
• Solid understanding of fit-out processes, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
