Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager – Home Automation to lead strategic sales growth and business development for smart home and automation solutions in Dubai. This role requires a strong industry network, proven leadership capability, and the ability to drive high-value projects across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market expansion targets.
• Drive business development for smart home, ELV, and automation solutions including lighting control, HVAC integration, AV, security, BMS, and IoT systems.
• Build and manage senior-level relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and key clients.
• Oversee the full sales lifecycle from specification and tendering to negotiation and contract closure.
• Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the sales team, setting KPIs and targets.
• Coordinate closely with estimation, design, and project delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging smart technologies to maintain competitive positioning.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and strategic reports for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
• Support payment collection and contract administration in coordination with finance teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of sales experience in home automation, ELV, or smart building solutions, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong UAE market exposure with an established network of developers, consultants, and high-end clients.
• Proven success in closing large-scale and high-value automation projects.
• In-depth understanding of smart home technologies and integrated systems.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
