Senior Sales Manager (Hospitality)

Role Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and drive B2B growth in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, corporate client acquisition, and strategic partnership building to maximize revenue streams and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the hospitality sector, focusing on B2B corporate and institutional clients.

Identify, build, and maintain long-term relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, multinational corporations, event planners, and other key stakeholders.

Drive business development initiatives to expand the hotel’s footprint across domestic and international markets.

Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term agreements with corporate clients and partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and corporate packages for B2B clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing pipelines and implementing effective conversion strategies.

Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and corporate gatherings to enhance brand visibility.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.

Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue analysis to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 12 years of progressive sales and business development experience in the hospitality/hotel industry.

Proven track record in B2B growth, corporate sales, and key account management.

Strong network of corporate clients, travel agencies, and hospitality partners. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver measurable results under tight deadlines.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
