We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with proven expertise in real estate, and a track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the real estate sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible 30-hour work week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From AED36.73 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
