Job Purpose:
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales organization through data analysis, performance tracking, forecasting, and process optimization.

This role ensures that sales strategies are executed efficiently and that management has accurate insights to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.

Support sales forecasting and target-setting in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

Track performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, win/loss rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights.

Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.

Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase sales efficiency.

Monitor sales incentives, commission plans, and performance KPIs.

Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment.

Assist in developing tools, templates, and workflows that support sales strategy execution.

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance market coverage and profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or Business Analytics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.

Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and business acumen.
