Senior Sales Operation Analyst

Al Jizah, Egypt

Job Purpose:

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales organization through data analysis, performance tracking, forecasting, and process optimization.

  • This role ensures that sales strategies are executed efficiently and that management has accurate insights to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Support sales forecasting and target-setting in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Track performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, win/loss rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase sales efficiency.
  • Monitor sales incentives, commission plans, and performance KPIs.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
  • Assist in developing tools, templates, and workflows that support sales strategy execution.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance market coverage and profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or Business Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
