Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive HTML email templates compatible across browsers, platforms, and devices.
- Build customer journeys using Email, SMS, and Mobile Push for transactional and commercial needs.
- Maintain and synchronize data structures between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core Cloud.
- Construct SQL queries and filtering rules for segmentation based on business requirements.
- Automate administrative processes and queries in Marketing Cloud for efficient data management.
- Develop API/REST solutions and SFMC Custom Activities for external system integrations.
- Support business users in setting up A/B testing with Journey Builder.
- Prepare test scripts for unit testing and UAT to ensure quality assurance.
- Create reports in Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM to monitor campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Salesforce, Web, and Mobile Developers on solution design and customization.
- Process freight invoices, including spreadsheet preparation, coding, approvals, and processing.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing automation trends and best practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any IT related courses.
- With 5+ years related experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in HTML, SQL (MS SQL Server), and API/REST integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, A/B testing, and multichannel communications.
- Knowledge of data management, reporting, and automation processes.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, development).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $170,000.00 per month
