Senior Site Engineer

Location: Perinchery, Thrissur (Preference: within 20 km; others from Kerala/India may also apply)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Performance Incentives for timely villa completion within budget.

We are hiring a Senior Site Engineer to oversee site-level execution of our premium villa project.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise ongoing & upcoming villa construction works.
• Support in completing 5 villas by Dec 2025 and 7 new villas within 6–7 months.
• Handle day-to-day site supervision, labour arrangement & contractor coordination.
• Maintain quality control, cost management & timely completion.
• Assist clients with interiors, landscaping & finishing works.
• Ensure site documentation, petty cash management & reporting.



Requirements


Skills & Qualifications
• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years experience in villa/apartment/residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, structures, landscaping & interiors.
• Must be committed, loyal, and accountable.
• Ability to manage multiple villas simultaneously.
