Senior Social Media & Digital Growth Manager

Persian Horizon International is looking to hire a highly skilled Senior Social Media & Digital Growth Manager to lead and scale our digital presence across multiple brands including investment advisory, business acquisition & sales services, and Alaris Beauty Salon.

We are seeking a professional who can go beyond basic social media management and build a strategic social media ecosystem that drives brand growth, lead generation, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies
• Manage and grow the company's presence on:

Instagram
Facebook
YouTube
LinkedIn

• Plan and execute a structured content calendar
• Manage boosting and paid social campaigns
• Increase targeted followers and audience engagement
• Convert social media into a lead generation and sales channel
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead conversion
• Build and manage influencer partnerships across the UAE
• Launch growth campaigns and viral marketing initiatives
• Supervise production of high-impact content including:

Reels
Short-form videos
Educational content
Sales-driven content
Brand storytelling

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in professional social media management
• Dubai / UAE market experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE influencer ecosystem
• Proven track record in lead generation and growth campaigns
• Expertise in managing:

Instagram
LinkedIn
YouTube
Facebook

• Experience with Meta Ads and social media boosting
• Strong skills in content strategy and storytelling
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of:

Meta Business Manager
Google Analytics
Social analytics tools

• Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams
