Senior Social Media Manager – FoodTech (MENA)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across the MENA region. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven professional who can grow brand awareness, generate leads, and build strong online engagement for our FoodTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms
• Manage and grow company accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, and campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity within the FoodTech and restaurant technology industry
• Manage paid social media campaigns to drive leads and brand visibility
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns using analytics tools
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Manage community engagement, comments, and direct messages professionally

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Proven experience managing social media for technology, SaaS, or FoodTech companies
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media analytics, and paid campaigns
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand-building skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
