Urgent Hiring — Software Engineer / ERP Technical Lead (Onsite – RIC Rawalpindi)

RIC is urgently looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Software Engineer / ERP Technical Lead to lead the implementation, upgradation, maintenance, and support of their ERP ecosystem and associated mobile applications.

Position: Software Engineer / ERP Technical Lead

Location: Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) – Onsite

Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Salary Budget: PKR 700,000 – 900,000

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and maintenance
• Manage ERP development and integrations
• Oversee backend development in .NET
• Support and manage frontend/mobile applications in React Native
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams for smooth operations
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability

Required Skillset:

• Strong expertise in .NET technologies
• Experience with React Native applications
• ERP implementation and support experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing enterprise-level applications and teams
