We’re Hiring – Senior Software Sales Executive

Experts Communication is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Software Sales Executive to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international software, IT, or digital sales, with a strong focus on lead generation, client communication, and closing high-value deals.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close international software and web service sales.
• Identify client needs and present tailored software solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and product demos with potential clients.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the business development and technical teams for smooth project handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software or IT sales (international market preferred).
• Strong understanding of SaaS, web development, and software solutions.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and handle the night shift.
