Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with 7–10 years of professional experience in design, analysis, and execution of structural projects. This role involves leading design work, reviewing technical documents, conducting inspections, and mentoring junior engineers, while ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design and analysis for infrastructure projects in compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare, review, and approve design reports, calculations, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Perform site inspections and structural assessments to verify adherence to specifications and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated and cost-effective solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians, ensuring quality and professional growth.
• Stay updated on engineering codes, new materials, and structural design software tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of relevant structural engineering experience (design and site assessments).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural principles, materials, and industry codes (ACI, AISC, IS codes).
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
