Senior Supervisor - Finance & Accounts

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, exception items, and fixed asset accounting.
• Prepare, review, and analyze periodic financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data reviews and reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Oversee and prepare journal entries, adjustments, and financial statements in line with reporting requirements.
• Assist in financial and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
• Ensure all finance activities meet established client policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Lead, train, supervise, and support the performance appraisal of finance team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a reputed Audit Firm.
• ACCA (Finalist) or CA (Finalist) qualification.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Hands-on expertise in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
