The Senior Supervisor – Procurement & Supply Chain will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations across multiple categories, including General, IT, Electrical, and Food & Beverage. The role requires strong expertise in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization while ensuring timely availability of goods and services to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement operations across General, IT, Electrical, and F&B categories in alignment with IPS (Information Process Solutions) Pakistan business requirements
- Develop, evaluate, and manage a reliable vendor base to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with vendors to achieve optimal value
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials to avoid operational disruptions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan procurement activities
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements where necessary
- Ensure compliance with IPS procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements
- Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
- Supervise procurement activities, including purchase orders, documentation, and reporting
- Handle vendor-related issues, discrepancies, and escalations professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in procurement and purchasing
- Proven experience in multi-category procurement (General, IT, Electrical, and Food & Beverage)
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and procurement systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a structured corporate environment
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization and cost control strategies
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Working Conditions
- 12-hour shift (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- On-site role with regular vendor and cross-department coordination
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
