Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate procurement activities to support production and changing business needs.
- Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to identify reliable sources offering quality and cost efficiency.
- Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, internal teams, and customers for seamless supply operations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors and sourcing partners.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts; ensure compliance with agreed service levels and delivery timelines.
- Verify and process invoices, comparing with purchase orders and delivery notes to identify discrepancies.
- Maintain procurement documentation including contracts, purchase records, and correspondence.
- Monitor market trends to anticipate price fluctuations and their impact on material planning.
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Generate reports and performance metrics; analyze data to identify areas for process improvements or savings.
- Handle supplier or logistics complaints efficiently to ensure continuity of operations.
- Maintain and regularly update the approved vendor list based on evaluations and compliance.
- Ensure all suppliers understand and align with the company's operational and quality goals.
- Coordinate import/export documentation and ensure adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production planning and finance teams to manage material availability and budget adherence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
