Major accountabilities:
- Collaborate with commercial teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans to minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels across Gulf & Levant markets.
- Manage replenishment cycles and safety stock strategies in alignment with market needs.
- Oversee order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with local partners & Supply Hub to ensure timely and compliant distribution.
- Utilize ERP and supply chain systems to manage transactions and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Act as a key liaison between supply network ,commercial, regulatory, finance, and quality teams.
- Support product launches and discontinuations with cross-functional coordination.

- Pharma Industry /Generics Retail or Wholesale knowledge

Minimum Requirements:
 
Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline required, APICS certification is a plus.
- 3+ years’ experience in supply chain planning , preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in forecasting , S&OP and inventory management.
- Proficient with MRP/ERP systems , specially SAP as well as other Microsoft applications.
- Fluent in English and Country language
