Senior Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead field survey operations for topographic, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure accurate data collection using GPS, Total Station, and Drone surveying techniques.
• Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and assistants.
• Coordinate with project managers, CAD teams, and clients for survey deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections, verify control points, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare field reports, sketches, and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in developing and improving surveying workflows and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of UAE/Gulf experience in land and engineering surveying.
• Strong technical skills in GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and survey software.
• Good understanding of local regulations, project execution, and site challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
