Senior Surveyor

Job Description:

• Measure and map: Use specialized equipment, such as GPS and CAD software, to measure and map land, property lines, and construction sites.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze land records and survey data, prepare detailed maps, reports, and charts, and present findings to clients, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Team and equipment management: Guide and train junior surveyors and field staff, purchase and maintain necessary survey equipment, and ensure safety standards are met.
• Project support: Provide expert advice on land suitability for development, assist with project planning, and ensure that projects stay within budget and on schedule.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with surveying software and technology, including CAD, GPS, and GIS
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with legal descriptions and land records

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
