Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, drive employer branding initiatives, and manage workforce planning to meet Vezeeta’s staffing needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring recruitment KPIs are met, developing strong talent pipelines, and fostering a positive candidate experience. This role also includes managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and contributing to Vezeeta’s position as an employer of choice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring KPIs are achieved.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Employer Branding: Design and implement the annual employer branding calendar, showcasing Vezeeta’s culture through social media, career fairs, and the company website.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Manage the DE&I calendar and integrate initiatives into the hiring process.
  • Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning exercises to align hiring efforts with business goals.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Event Representation: Represent Vezeeta at job fairs, assessment centers, and other recruitment events.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and HR staff.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced organization.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and systems, such as ATS and social media platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset to analyze metrics and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of employer branding and DE&I best practices.
