Main job duties and responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and job requirements.

Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to fill vacancies on time and within budget.

Source candidates through a variety of channels including job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and talent databases.

Conduct CV screening, initial HR interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

Coordinate and facilitate interviews with line managers and technical panels.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the company.

Maintain and nurture a strong talent pipeline for all roles.

Attend job fairs and represent the company in recruitment events as needed.

Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and internal policies.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.

Provide regular updates to HR leadership on recruitment KPIs, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and talent availability.

Work with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding, handover, and orientation for new hires.

Collect feedback from new joiners and recommend improvements to the recruitment and onboarding process.

Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Min. 4 - 6 years of experience in similar jobs.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:

Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.

Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
