Job Description

Habico Properties is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources (minimum 10 years) and at least 5 years of proven experience in real estate recruitment within the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute effective recruitment strategies for real estate professionals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales, leasing, and administrative positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
• Promote the company brand as an employer of choice in the real estate industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate recruitment.
• In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
