Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Commercial Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles, including Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Partnerships, Commercial Operations, and Marketing.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to understand hiring needs, performance expectations, and future workforce plans.
  • Translate business requirements into effective recruitment strategies.

End-to-End Hiring Ownership

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handover.
  • Design structured interview processes focused on commercial competencies, sales effectiveness, negotiation skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Proactively source senior and niche commercial profiles using LinkedIn, referrals, direct headhunting, and talent mapping.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality commercial talent for current and future roles.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent availability and competitor hiring trends.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to Sales and Commercial leaders.
  • Provide data-driven advice on hiring timelines, market conditions, and candidate profiles.
  • Influence hiring decisions while ensuring quality and speed.

Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to support scale and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data within Workable (ATS)

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on commercial and revenue-driven roles.
  • Proven track record hiring for Sales, Business Development, Commercial Operations, or Marketing teams.
  • Experience in fast-growing companies, startups, scale-ups, or dynamic commercial environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales structures, commercial KPIs, and performance-based roles.
  • Advanced sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring at scale or across multiple locations.
  • Exposure to workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Background in tech-enabled, FMCG, agribusiness, or high-growth sectors
